THE PLATFORM: is a new modern with a twist of country, Cafe/Bar/Restaurant, where down to earth people create fresh, local NZ fare. Opening in Tram Road, Mandeville, North Canterbury in early August.
The venue will be the hub of the community serving the best of local produce in a relaxed environment complemented by local wines and craft beers.
THE PLATFORM boasts a function room and beer garden with spacious restaurant offering a casual environment with the highest standards.
We are looking for a full time Sous Chef.
40 hours over a four day working week.
Applicants will have the following attributes:

• Cool and calm under pressure.
You must have a minimum of two years cooking experience, be reliable, motivated and enjoy interacting with guests and building a rapport with our regular customers.
