Loved by locals, The Athens Yacht Club is a Greek restaurant situated on Victoria Street. Sadly, we are about to lose our talented Sous Chef, who is heading overseas. This creating an exciting opportunity for a senior CDP looking to take that next step or a current Sous looking for a change.
This is a great opportunity to work with a close-knit team and grow your skills in the kitchen with plenty of training and development.
You must have a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role and you’ll also have the following attributes:
· Previous experience working in a similar high-volume establishment
· Have excellent attention to detail and immaculate personal presentation
· Honest, reliable and with excellent time management skills
· Be comfortable working under pressure and cooking to a consistently high standard
· Be positive, energetic and able to prioritize and multi-task
· Willingness to learn
