We are looking for Store Manager for our well settled Business in Kawerau. Person who is self motivated, who can go few extra miles for the growth of the business.
Key responsibilities :
This position requires a Qualified Manager with appropriate Management qualification and knowledge.
1.Maintain Inventory and place orders as per Sales Trend in Store
2.Enter Invoices in Pulse & Verify the Food Entry in Pulse is matching with Actual Supplier Invoice.
3.Review branch inventory needs IRT (in real time) and conduct supplemental purchasing directly with local vendors to address supply shortfalls
Verify the weekly Stock Take for variance and reconcile before next trade starts
Review and suggest improvements to branch service standards over and above basic corporate guidelines
4.Conduct customer feedback programs to gauge food quality and service standard success
5.Streamlining service processes within the branch
5.Insure Proper use of scales, Pizza Making, and branch assets. Consistent quality of pizza to each order
6.Maintain branch menu to include introducing new products and product mix within the branch
7.Monitor and confirm rostered vs actual Hrs. variance control
8.Verify actual hrs with shift runner
9.SPMH Rostered vs Actual Report
10.Monthly SOC per Employee and Prepare a Training Roster for each employee.
11.DOTI Status Report by Employee
12.Self DOTI Report
13.Performance Review of each Team Member
14.Act as employee job satisfaction liaison and maintain friendly environment during each shift.
15.Train employees on service and safety standards
16.Mentor new employees on product preparation, appearance and customer service standards within the branch
17.Insure paperwork for employees is correct and up to date
18.New Employee Hire to include review of applications, interviews and follow-up verification
19.Prepare Self Roster for 40 hrs per week. Extra hrs required during special events such as Party Weekend etc.
20.Conduct 4PM and 9PM Reconciliation
21.Conduct Cash Variance verification before Banking
22.Prepare Petty Cash & Credit Card Report
23.Maintain Coins in the Store
24.Oversight of Hoax Order & Discount Report
25.Insure proper documentation of Hoax Orders in corporate database to thwart future fraudulent activities.
26.Target 4* and 85% is Minimum in each period. Fix the last OER/FSC issues immediately
27.Conduct CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis) of income and expenses and adjust budget accordingly via staff and overhead costs
28.Equipment Status Report-Insure inventory accuracy and implement repairs/maintenance of assets to achieve highest service standards
29.Surprise SVR (Store Visit Report) before peak and after peak
30.Conduct DM to Last 6 Weeks Non-Returning Customer
31.Determine participation in national campaigns based on local demographics
32.Develop sales relationships between branch and geographic locale to include local businesses, schools, and religious institutions
33.Create unique branch marketing campaigns utilizing basic corporate structures
34.Conduct Car Top Sign & Neighborhood Coupon programs/Help build branch and product delivery culture
35.Insure Box Toppers, Weekly Promotion is Always ON
36.Up selling Competition for CSR and Rewards to Makers/Drivers to be establishing to increase productivity
37.Branch planning according to Sales Trend – Use of Wobbler, Wind screening, Leaflet Drops, School and Business Call out in Lunch Session, DM to be effectively Done
38.Identify branch costs and recommend control actions
39.Authorize any controllable expenses <$500 per Month.
40.Pro-active in cost control.
41.P&L Review in Management Meeting
