We are looking for a motivated manager to lead our staff-team at Burger Wisconsin.
The successful applicant will have experience within the food service industry, preferably to a minimum of shift management level.
This role will require the successful applicant to manage all facets of the store’s day to day operations, staff management, stock and cash handling in an independent manor. It is a hands on job that will include preparation of products prior to trade, cooking of burgers and serving of customers.
The store currently trades from 5 – 9pm, 5 days per week, Sun-Thurs and 12pm-9pm Friday and Saturday, with room for some extension of opening hours. The days and hours for the management position are negotiable, but flexibility and preparedness to work weekends are a must.
We are looking for someone with a passion for providing high quality service and exceptional food, while leading a team of six to nine staff in a high-pressure environment. Your skills will include:
· Passion & enthusiasm for hospitality
· Ability to communicate with customers and staff team
· Commitment to high standards of service & operation
Full training will be given, following Burger Wisconsin Operations Manuals.
Pay will be dependent on the successful applicant’s relevant experience and capabilities. Optional bonus scale and KPI's, whereby you will profit from your successful management of the store.
