About Kaiteriteri:
Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve is the gateway to the world renowned Abel Tasman National Park. It is one of New Zealand's most desirable coastal destinations and includes the famous Kaiteriteri beach, Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park, bush surrounds and a range of accommodation, retail and tourism assets.

We are looking for fun, energetic and passionate people interested in working in the Restaurant's Front of House and Back of House.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as "GoneBurgers" takeaways. Experience is a bonus, and a passion for learning new techniques and skillsThe restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as "GoneBurgers" takeaways. Front of House:
Daily duties include hosting, serving and attending guests with a positive attitude from New Zealand and around the world. This includes recommending and selling menu items, creating hot and cold beverages as well as alcoholic beverages. You will also be required to maintain stock rotation, assist with dishes and general cleaning. Having a good memory, and knowledge of food handling and safety is recommended but can be taught.
*Experience will be highly regarded
*A professional, motivated and hardworking attitude is needed.
*A Managers Certificate would be advantageous but not necessary

Kitchen:

*A professional approach
*At least 2 years cooking or relevant experience for Chef de Partie or higher

*Honest, punctual and reliable.
*Ability to work well within a team environment.
*The ability to prepare and cook food according to the Sous Chefs' instruction
*You will also be required to maintain stock rotation, assist with dishes and general cleaning

You will need to be able to join our team either towards mid-November or the start of December.
