This position is for a well established Thai restaurant in Rolleston. We are looking for a talented chef to join our busy team.
-Successful applicants will need to have at least 3 years' relevant work experience and have an excellent understanding of relevant cuisines/dishes, cooking method, sauces, seasoning, spices, etc. In addition to Thai food we have some Malay options such as Fried Noodles, Fried Rice, Oyster Sauce Stir Fried, Peanut Sauce Stir Fried, and Curry Puff.
-Tasks and responsibilities will include preparing and cooking, menu development, calculating cost, ordering supplies, training/mentoring kitchen staff, freeze/preserve foods, etc
-You must be able to work weekends and public holidays. You must be punctual and committed to turn up for work.
