Description

Dominator Tauranga is a family owned and operated business which has been operating for the last 15 years.
We carry out residential and commercial garage door installation and maintenance work in the Tauranga & Western Bay of Plenty.
Due to continued increase in demand we are seeking a professional administration person to assist the Office Manager with the day to day activities of our busy office.
The role involves dealing with customers in person, by email and telephone.
This together with strong computer skills are a requirement to be successful in the role.
You must be able to deal with several tasks simultaneously.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
First point of contact for Customers and provide excellent service
Answer telephones and action queries
Customer Enquiries
Selling of parts and remotes to customers
Assisting with the co ordination of repairs and servicing
Stock Management and Control
Ordering Doors and Parts
General Reception work and Customer care
Banking and Petty Cash management
Debtors and Creditors
Marketing documentation management
Maintain office consumables.
You will be required to hold a current drivers licence and be required to comply with the company Drug & Alcohol Policy
Training will be provided. Experience in all facets of the position is not necessary but strong computer literacy and a positive attitude are essential.
The Position is available for immediate start.
