Local Hero Coffee Works, a small but busy Espresso Bar located within the ever popular Catalina Bay Farmers Market. We are looking for an experienced Assistant manager / Head barista who has exceptional barista skills to work 30 hours minimum per week Wednesday to Sunday.

The Role.....
•Ensuring the smooth operation of the espresso bar
•Managing staff as well as working sole charge (Wed-Fri)
•Providing exceptional customer service and the ability to build customer relations
•Making coffees of the highest standard and serving some cabinet food
•Reporting to the owners
The perfect person for this role would have these qualities;

•extremely well organised with great time management
•work well under pressure
•effective communicator
•proactive & an excellent problem solver
Ability to think logically and follow processes
•a team player with the ability to lead and motivate a team .
A minimum of 2 years' experience is required and you must have a positive can do attitude.
