We are seeking an Indian Tandoori & Curry Chef and Bar manager and wait staff ASAP to join and lead our restaurant which offers contemporary fusion Cuisine With hints of western, Nepalese Indian flavours match with warm hospitality.
Suitable applicants must have:
- experience in cooking Indian Cuisine
- Confidence in Tandoor cooking procedures
- Kitchen management and food ordering experience
- Good personal hygiene and grooming
- Good communication skills
- Eligibility to work full-time in NZ
- Some training and guidance may be given to the right person

- Managing kitchen operations
- Maintaining and supervising standards of service quality and food safety
- Supervision and training of junior staff
