We cater for around thirty residents daily with the main focus being meals for our serviced apartment residents, there are nine serviced apartments in total. We also do lunch meals to the main village, which averages around twenty meals per day.
You will need to be able to relate well to older people and have a good understanding of their requirements. The appointee must have very good communication skills.
Alandale Staff members are held in regard for the high standard of service they provide, as we are a lifestyle village. They communicate and co-operate with other team members to ensure that the workload demands are met whilst providing them with job satisfaction and enjoyment.
The appointee will demonstrate high personal standards of honesty, integrity and punctuality and will be accountable for their actions. The appointee must be able to work independently.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
