We are looking for a passionate Online Sales Consultant, working for one of NZ’s leading fine jewellery brands! This company is experiencing rapid growth and offers a real point of difference to its customers, making the engagement process more personable and meaningful.
You will be working with customers from all over the world to guide them through the journey from the initial concept to the final product. This role is diverse, challenging, and offers creativity for someone that has an interest in sales and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage new and incoming leads and prepare estimates to send over to clients
- Hosting one-on-one customer appointments in the Auckland CBD showroom
- Responding to new customer queries via e-mail, phone or via live chat
- Managing the full order cycle process, keeping the customer updated.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times via email and phone
- Updating the database and ensuring all administrative duties are complete
To be successful in the role you will have the following:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer focused role
- A qualification in business or creative arts (not essential but preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- A passion for creative design and jewellery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
