We are currently looking for a full-time candidate for the position of store manager in Christchurch, who is confident, dynamic and has a proven track record for liquor sales and is willing to lead a team.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Plan and manage the day to day operational aspects of the business as per store standards.
Manage staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain stock levels while making key decisions about stock control.
Implement purchasing policies and be responsible for all ordering and dealing with the suppliers and reps.
Take marketing and promotional initiatives, deliver innovative merchandise display and store presentation.
Maintain Records of sales, finances, invoices, stock take, rosters and incidents.
Manage day to day banking and accounts of the business.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to promote the business.
Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
Ensure the business and staff Comply with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
We are looking for following skills/ experience:
Candidate should have relevant qualification or work experience.
Leadership, coaching and management skills
Ability to multi task
Excellent communication skills Applicant must have NZ Citizenship/ Residency or valid work visa.
Applicants must have a valid Managers Certificate and LCQ.
