Responsibilities:
Motivate and coach your team so they are well supported and have all the tools to succeed!!
Human Resource management
You will be involved in the strategy and planning ; Goal setting , achievements!
Implement systems and procedures and ensure they are being followed through!
Training and development of all staff!
This role requires regular travel as you will be expected to visit all stores at a minimum of once a quarter.
