The Role
We are looking for a warm, energetic and dynamic person with great people skills and a passion for food, wine and flowers to:

Serve in our store and keep it looking great, receive and enter deliveries, liaise with members of the team and colleagues in our city Café/Restaurant/grocery store to manage stock levels
Delight all our customers and to keep them coming back
Increase sales and promote our business
Fit seamlessly into a small, high-performing and friendly team This role is based in Mt Eden and is a full-time position of 30-40 hours per week, rostered between 7am and 6pm Friday to Monday. You must be able to work weekends.

Skills and Experience
Are you someone who loves people and can offer friendly savvy advice on our products? You could be the person we are looking for. You will be welcoming and confident with customers, well-organised, enjoy food & wine and always have a good cooking tip and wine/beer match to share!
You will have a great work ethic, strive for providing the best customer experience and aspire to ever-improving standards.
The successful applicant will have:

at least 1 years’ retail experience
the ability to work weekends
good sales skills
a mature outlook with a “can do” approach
be flexible and willing to cover extra shifts as needed
the right to work in New Zealand
an excellent command of written and spoken English
an LCQ or Duty Manager's Certificate would be an advantage;
