We are a growing organization and have a Retail Manager position available to join Rangiora Flowers and dairy, Retail teams. As a retail manager passion for pre-loved products, you will provide exceptional customer service to a diverse and loyal customer base. Your duties and responsibilities will be varied and interesting as will your opportunities within the organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in small business and people management.
Do you have?
-Maximize profit by deciding product skews and product prices
Determine stock levels.
-Promote business by marketing and ensuring customers get excellent service
-Ensure premises is always well presented.
-Handle advertisement and pramotions
-Have a Business Management or similar degree/diploma
-Previous experience in, motivating and managing staff
-Experience in retail and/or small business management
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
-A strong customer focus and a can-do attitude
-Honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude.
-Flexible in terms of working hours and days (Weekend work)
-Banking, budgeting and finance part
-No criminal history
-Must Required Nz residency or a valid work visa.
