We require an experienced retail manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Palms Shopping center location in Christchurch duties to be undertaken include.
*Ordering and keeping correct stock levels
*Dealing with customers at face to face level, identifying requirements and selling suitable services to match
*Setting pricing for wholesale and retail customers depending on requirements
*Promoting, advertising and helping to grow on our existing client base
*Maintaining records in budgeting for the site on a regular basis
*Employing, training and supervision of all staff, along with insuring compliance of all operational health and safety regulations.
This is a fast paced position that requires someone was great communication skills, and excellent work ethic, and ability to manage a team in a positive way leading by example from the front.
A full clean driver's licence and 3 years experience is essential.
Applicants for this position should have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa
