We have an exciting opportunity to join a household brand as their Flagship Boutique Manager, based in bustling Bayfair.
This position is pivotal to the business, as you will be managing their number one store! With a team of superstars behind you, you will be set up for success.
You will provide great customer service, build up a loyal client database, and be a genuine and empathetic leader.
The responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
● Driving sales and KPI's
● Leading and coaching a successful team of high performers
● Maintaining excellent standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
● Running the store like it’s your own business
● Developing a VIP database
As the successful candidate, you will have:
● A minimum of 2 years+ in a retail management role
● Sales skills- you love being on the shop floor and genuinely enjoy helping customers
● A dynamic, positive and warm personality
