Ensuring your store achieves our 6 key objectives for this role is imperative:

Management and achievement of budgeted targets
Providing excellent customer service to maximize sales and encourage repeat visitation
Developing, mentoring and providing clear direction to your team
Maintain store operations. This also includes providing reports to management in a timely and accurate manner
Achieving excellent presentation standards
Maintain strict control of stock and Company assets

It is preferential that you have previous supervisory or management experience, ideally gained within a retail environment.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the store exceeds its sales / profit targets. This role also includes a high proportion of financial admin and requires accuracy. You will be analytical with and eye for detail and above all a leader who is prepared to invest in your team and drive them to succeed.
