We are a growing recruitment and immigration firm based in Hamilton. We are looking for a Sales Manager/Recruiter to generate sales for the recruitment services we offer specifically to the farming and agriculture sector. Our aim to reach to the employer situated in the rural areas of New Zealand and provide exceptional recruitment and HR services. Not only migrants, but we also would like to place local kiwis in the farming workforce. The position comes with a base salary of $50,000 with an attractive commission. We are flexible to offer work from home opportunities as long as you are meeting your set sales target. Whether you are based in North Island or South Island and hold strong work ethics, we would like to hear from you.
The suitable applicant must:
- Be a New Zealand citizen or resident
- Have a good understanding of New Zealand dairy farming or have a good network in the dairy farming sector
- Have an ability to make cold calls and have strong communication skills
- Have a good sense of humour
