Shop assistant – Dairy Shop at Papakura Central
Location: Campbell Bay – Northshore
Part Time: Weekend ( fri-sat-sunday)
Trainning provided, no experiences required
You'll be responsible for:
• day-to-day execution (running the store)
• delivering and maintaining great standards for our customers
• making sure the numbers and money-metrics are being met
• and helping plan and roll-out new changes and initiatives.
Your skills, experience & qualifications:
• High standard of communication, including written and spoken English.
• Management of one or more fresh food departments, re-ranging products, examples of growing sales and improving profit.
• You're outgoing and friendly, honest, fit and hard-working.
• You have a consistently positive attitude, and bounce back after set-backs.
• You'll have an attention to detail but canset and adjust priorities appropriately as your environment changes.
