Site Supervisor (7-day/2-person job-share role)
We operate the iconic Trash Palace in Porirua, a facility where the public drop off their unwanted items for reworking, recycling, upcycling and resale. Trash Palace has a strong place in the community and is focused on reducing the volume of material that goes to landfill by facilitating the provision of these items back to the public in some form. Trash Palace this year celebrated its fourth anniversary of successful operations. We are constantly on the lookout for opportunities to recycle and divert, and to develop new markets and business.

The following job-share role has become available for like-minded people to join our team:
Site Supervisor (7-day/2-person job-share role)
Responsible for day-to-day site management, and customer experience and satisfaction
Responsible for staff management, training, coaching and development
You must be results driven, with proven, sound commercial retail leadership experience
You must be customer focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You must be tech-savvy, with proven online sales experience
This role allows the appointees to "make a real difference", providing a tremendous level of satisfaction in "doing the right thing." Remuneration rates will be designed to attract the most suitable candidates. We are looking to make immediate appointments.
