Sunday 10.30 am - 4 pm
Monday 9 am - 5.30 pm

What will you do?

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, experienced, and engaging team member who is passionate about providing excellent service to our customers in our busy sports retail store.

No two days will be the same – you will get the opportunity to work doing a variety of different activities in the store

To be successful in this role you will need:

Proven retail experience
To be driven and motivated to achieve
To be a customer service SUPERSTAR, you will appreciate the importance we place on our customers
A can-do / will-do attitude
To be able to work without supervision
An understanding of what it means to be flexible in a retail environment.
A desire to sell to customers.
Manage stock to best advantage.
Ability to work Sundays
An understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace

Otago Sports Depot has operated for over 120 years and is one of the few independent general sports stores left. We are part of the NZ Sports Power Group and specialise in general sports but in particular cricket.
As well as being a retail store we supply clubs and schools with all their sporting equipment and hardware as well as uniforms and clothing and our store stocks not only equipment but footwear and clothing too.
