We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with the extensive retail experience to join our team in following areas: -


South Island Stores:
Big Barrel Andersons Bay: 272 Andersons Bay Rd, Dunedin.

South Island Bars:
Crofters Bar Mosgiel, 160 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, Dunedin.

This role includes but not limited to:
-managing the store on your own
-leading sales and warehouse team
-Inventory control,
-budgeting,
-Marketing to determine and work with store layouts
-Managing local promotions and displays.
-Staff Rostering & training management, -Store Cash-ups,
-Receiving/dispatching deliveries if required.
-Customer Service, Enquiries and complaint management
-Work well independently – you will need to be highly organised and self-motivated and also work well within our close-knit team
-Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and desire to see the business grow with your input
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail
-Empathy with our customers
-Extremely clear and professional phone communication
-Very customer service oriented
-Enjoy a busy environment - Unflappable under pressure.
-Able to multi-task, juggling phones and admin.
-Process and systems driven. Efficient and effective!
-A good geographical knowledge of NZ
-Upbeat personality - Definite sense of humour.
-Ability to take a logical approach to problem solving
-Recent/Previous experience in Retail Liquor, retail store/bar management, and administration is compulsory
-You need to be physically fit as there will be some lifting involved. You must have a Duty Managers Certificate with at least 1-year or more current liquor retail experience.

For Bar Manager Role:
1year or more experience in Bar Management, TAB experience and Pokies experience is required.
Food Knowledge and Food Certification will be preferred but not compulsory
