We are looking for a hospitality all rounder to help us lead the team and drive the business initiatives at our Mission Bay Store.
The right person will have minimum 2 year experience within the industry. The role would suit a quick learner, who loves good food, people and is motivated to learn about and be a part of an evolving business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Recruitment and management of staff and service - including hiring, rosters, training, and performance management
*Developing and implementing operating systems
*Liaising with suppliers and managing stock
*Reporting on business and staff performance on a weekly and monthly basis
*Quality control
*Food preparation, lunch / dinner service
*Customer service / phone etiquette / till service.
