We are after an experienced Store Manager wishing to join our busy store with a passion for providing outstanding customer service the capability to develop a team. The ideal candidate will posses all the skill set required for the position to perform the tasks independently.

Key responsibilities:
o Controlling and efficiently managing the store operations
o Overall management of the store and able to work independently
o Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
o Organizing work flow in store
o Buying, controlling and analyzing the stock level of business
o Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
o Determining product mix and store service standards
o Compare the supplier with price and quality and make the decision on finalising the suppliers and work on the purchasing policy.
o Advertising, pricing and promotion of products to maintain sales of business
o Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies
o Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
o Setting prices of store products accordingly
o Maintaining sales figures for date analysis and forward planning and carry out budgeting for the store.
o Keeping track of income and expenses and hold good understanding of accounting as per the business requirements.
o Sales improvement to accomplish profitability.
o Ensure you reach the sales goals as per the budget and accordingly change the price of the product.
o Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
o Recruitment, training and supervisor of staff.
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
o Respond to customer complaints and comments
o Undertaking the store budgeting
o Administration record and control over financial transaction.
o Provide and develop excellent customer service standard
o Comply with all health and safety policies.
o Ensure the staffs follow the service standard of the business.
o Efficient cleaning and maintenance duties are performed.
o Ensure compliance with occupation health and safety regulations.
We are looking for someone who has a proven history in:
o Should have a background in retail sector
o Excellent communication aptitudes.
o Ordinary skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
o The ability to work in high-pressure situations and to “think on your feet.”
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
o Driving sales and achieving the store’s financial goals
o Being pro-active in decision-making, problem solving and performance management techniques.
To excel in this role, you must have:
o Hold a diploma or higher qualification or
o 3 years managerial work experience in relevant position
o It is advantage to have worked in similar position
o Hold LCQ qualification and Manager’s Certificate
o Able to work evening or morning shifts, weekends, public holidays as per roster
o Able to perform the tasks independently
o A passion for excellence in customer service and sales
o Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
o Excellent understanding of merchandising and store presentation.
