We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week)) Coffee Tech & Machine Sales person to join our team based at our Dunedin HQ, Roastery and Workshop.
This exciting new, hybrid role involves Machine Tech service work at HQ and out in the field for both domestic and commercial coffee machines. Meeting customers needs and answering questions about machinery from wholesale and retail customers. There will be some travel through Central Otago & Southland.
About the role:
Technical work: Diagnose, repair and service commercial and domestic coffee machinery, at the workshop and on site at cafe's and businesses.
About you:
You love all things coffee’ and are keenly interested in the specialty coffee industry.
You enjoy technical work, tinkering with machines and problem solving to find a solution. Although good knowledge of domestic and/or commercial coffee machines is highly advantageous, we will provide training and support on the brands we use.
A people person, you have excellent communication skills, can create rapport, help trouble shoot over the phone, meet needs and exceed customer expectations
Good eye for detail; disciplined, time-management and accuracy of record-keeping
Advantageous to have your Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualification or be prepared to train for it.
Hold a full, clean driver license.
