About the role:

We have an opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our Christchurch Branch. If you love the idea of pursuing a career in sales or you’re looking for a change, come join this friendly, fun, and experienced team.

Scope covers:

Be the first point of contact for our customer enquiries on the phone, web, or walk-ins.
Cost and quote those enquiries and convert them to sales.
Manage the appointment diary for our Sales Consultants and provide them with administrative support.
Assist with our sales and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate removals for our important corporate clients from our largest accounts.
Invoicing jobs and ensuring they are fully paid before the move.
General branch administration including debtors, creditors, and storage management.
Providing a vital link between sales and our well-oiled operational team.

About you:

If you have experience with customer sales & service or from the transport or moving industry – you will be highly regarded – however attitude is key.
Someone who can make our customers and clients feel welcome.
You will be well-organised, eager, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently or within a team as required.
Great written, verbal and time management skills, and an aptitude for multi-tasking.
Be outgoing, and professional on the phone and in person.
Have the customer in mind with everything you do.
Be able to learn new computer systems quickly.
Have the confidence and maturity to use your initiative when required.
