Due to continued strong growth we are looking for a sales and support person to ensure our busy flag ship Auckland branch is functioning at the highest level. This role has loads of variety and would suit someone who enjoys sales, knows the ins and outs of a warehouse and is keen to achieve sales targets to increase their earning potential.
You will be responsible for:
• Face to face customer sales in our Showroom
• Dealing with phone queries and orders
• Achieving sales targets
• Warehousing responsibilities (supporting warehouse team by picking customer orders and driving forklift for pallet purchases)
• Calling and following up with customers to maintain relationships, ensure database is correct and to up sell

• Good computer skills (word, excel, outlook and the ability to learn inhouse packages quickly)
• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to learn the technical skills to support the customer and team
• A clean driver’s and ability to obtain a forklift licence
• The ability to roll your sleeves up and do a bit of heavy lifting.
