NZU Tauranga store is currently looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant to help drive our Tauranga store to great heights.
To excel in this position you will be highly motivated with a strong desire to create success! You will love a challenge and thrive on creating a feeling of excitement in-store for customers and team alike!
A Sales guru who loves interacting with our customers internal & external providing a real experience for all. You will strive to be the “go to” person for uniforms in your area!
This is not a “behind the counter” positon - you will be out on the shop floor with your customers, visiting your local businesses & schools, building & maintaining relationships.
The Role:
* Sales, Sales, Sales
* Creating an enjoyable "experience" for every customer that enters the showroom or calls
* Relationship Building with our parent community, customers, and local business
* Using our CRM & POS software to complete sales
* Visual Merchandising
* Inventory management
* 30 hours per week
Required Attributes:
* Outstanding Sales skills
* Able to demonstrate excellent inventory management skills
* Intermediate or higher computer knowledge
* Strong Visual Merchandising skills
* Effortless communicator with people on all levels
* Able to multi task, highly organised
* Strong Time Management with attention to detail
* Eligible to work in NZ
