No broken glass.
Good window rubbers.
No Awning.
Cooker is electric.
The caravan had a shower, but at the moment it has shelves in it. Could easily be made back into a shower again.
Has good size fridge/freezer.
Has hotwater cylinder.
Good chassis, a coat of paint would not go amiss.
Exterior paint could use some love.
No obvious leaks.
Caravan located in Kaiwaka, veiwing welcome (preferred)
Can deliver, some cost might apply depending on area.
