Pretty good condition for its age.
Shower has never been used.
Selling as is so reducing by 5k as it needs a few little things fixed so firm at 35k...
I font have time to fix the little things so thats the only reason this is discounted to $35k.
The liitle bits to fix.
1. Bench tops have 1 dent each and 1 bench has no side strip. 2. wear n tear on awning rail, but has no effect on use. Does not really need fixed, but im fussy.
3. 3 small scrapes on the side, fixed, but not completed.
Awning used once.
Added 650w of solar panels on roof which connect to a 50amp solar converter and that stores power to 3 x 105 amp hour batteries. You can live off grid as you never need to plug into power.
New stereo.
Hot water heater tank.
Water pump
Mini fridge / freezer
Oven gas cooker.
Heaps of storage.
Big bathroom
USB charging ports.
Spare wheel.
New tires. .
The pictures say it all really.
It is a nice caravan.
What it needs. New Warrent will do when i am back in christchurch.
