Lived in since new by one person.
-Comes with a full length awning blue and grey stripe, divides into 3 rooms. One clear door will need replaced the rest is in good condition.
-Front window stone guard with a verandah over front window.
-Wind up satellite dish.
-Heated towel rail in bedroom.
-Toilet and shower combined.
-Fresh water and grey water tanks plus a waste wheely.
-Microwave and Fridge/Freezer.
-Queen bed with storage underneath.
-Table in dining area folds down into a bed.
-Lounge suite pulls out to a double bed.
-Plenty of cupboards as well as storage under lounge suite.
-Gas inbuilt heater.
-Gas stove/oven.
-Stand alone table.
-Built in radio/CD player with speakers in both lounge and bedroom.
-2 year old water heater but only been used for 4 months. Old one leaked and caused water damage on front panel.
-Hydraulic braking system.
-Rego on hold.
-General wear and tear including carpet worn in some places, and surface cracks on wall panels.
Only been on the road twice.
