Was my mothers caravan and is no longer required - has been used as a static van for a couple of years. Not in perfect condition but very sound and any issues are confined to the living area. Known faults are pretty easy to rectify:
1. Califont (probably has a mason bee or two up its nose...)
2. Blown hot water element
3. Has new electric pump but maybe a faulty pressure switch in the system as it fails to switch off
4. Needs repair or replacement of main living room vent - and NO it has not got water damage as it is shed stored.
On the good side - it has two awnings one is porch style and the other is massive and enclosed. No rips or tears. Cooker, fridge and heating all work. Current WOF and rego on hold.
