Has queen size bed at one end and single at other and can be made into a double if required has hot and cold water ,no leaks in van the previous owner left vents wide open and got water stains but no leakes at all good size van and comfortable I am only selling as I want a camper I have used this as a spare room new electric cert and rego on hold gd tyres gd brakes no rust has been looked after does need a paint on out side
