24 Foot caravan. Sleeps 5
On a permanent site in Mangawhai Heads (purchase is subject to approval by camp owners) You could remove it if you really wanted to - but this is a stunningly good holiday home where you lock and leave
The good:
Its a great private caravan park. Only lease holders can be there (and when the covid settings change your friends and family can visit and stay)
Lease is subject to discussions with the owners but in general you get 125 days a year to visit your van
You can take your dogs which is why we bought there. (we have bought another van in the same park which is why we are selling)
You can build a hard awning or add a canvas awning if you want.
The van is across from the ablutions block.
Has a very comfortable queen bed in it currently which takes up A LOT of room but we can swap it out for a double if you like. (We have a spare double bed atm)
Has a small bar fridge, electric cooker, BBQ, picnic table (under a lovely tree)
Its warm and dry with no leaks
Eletrical Cert (i need to double check but i beleive it) expires Jan 2023 (and if i am wrong can get that update for you so its one thing you don't need to worry about)
Its got power and water to the van.
You arrive, turn on the power and water... pull out a deck chair and open a beer!
The Bad
The windows could do with some looking at. They don't all stay open and 2 of them need the seals looked out. They don't leak but are not sitting as nicely as i want them too
We were going to build a hard awning on it but got offered a van with everything done. Lots of scope for you to make it what you want it to be.
