I bought this bus 3 months ago as temp accommodation until my Tiny House arrived which it has!
She had sat in Manu Bay for 3 years run on a regular basis. I was told a diesel mechanic used to own it and spent thousands of $ on the engine - we towed and drove it here brakes worked superbly as she came down a steep as driveway.
No RUC WOF please don’t ask me what it would need to get one wouldn’t have a clue.
She is huge inside bigger than my Tiny house 12m x 2.5m - I have king bed (with orange blanket) in what would be lounge area which is pretty big - comes with queen slat bed/toilet fully lined out and have brand new carpet needs laying and comes with portable cassette toilet.
So nothing for water I get my own spring water from my land.
Fully wired out with electrical compliance cert.
2 small leaks since moving her can show you where they are.

Heaps of storage space
Has a glow in the dark galaxy on roof of bedroom!
