This has been our trusty old girl for the past 10 years. We've used it with our growing family of 4 kids but now they've grown too much so we've outgrown her. It comes with a full size awning and a queen sized permanent bed. We took out the rest of the furniture with the intention of building bunks but found the Kathmandu ones worked well especially with the addition of the cot. There is a sink but we've never used it. It comes with stablisers for traveling and it's braked. It doesn't leak and it never has in the time we've had it.
