The car works perfectly and has never given me problems during the past 5 months and 15'000km.
During the WoF I asked if there were any critical issues and they answered no.
Therefore I feel comfortable saying that the machine is reliable and has no critical issues.
The mini-van has everything you need to live on the road!
As you can see from the photos and the list below, this mini-van is very functional! 5 seats, big bed and table, all inside!
- Internal table, which opens to become a bed.
- 5 seats, 2 in front and 3 in back. Those behind can be used as a "living" area with the table in front. It's great for keeping out of the rain or bugs (the South Island is packed!)
- Versatile bed. 160cm wide and 180cm long. One half can be extended up to 240cm by folding down the backrest of one of the rear seats. If you are travelling alone, you can open only half of the bed and use only one mattress.
- 2 really comfortable 180x80cm folding mattresses.
- 2 sliding drawers 50x60cm under the table. They are very spacious and can be used for anything. I use to put clothes and food in them.
- Water system with two 25-litre tanks (for white and grey water) occupying half of the trunk.
- Behind the tanks there is a lot of free space in which different stuff can be fitted. I use put the pots, the cutlery and the stove (which are included in the van).
- The other half of the baggage is free.
- Curtains.
- Rope on the roof to hang clothes or towels.
I did the conversion so I feel comfortable telling you that everything works for the best.
