Our current tenants have lived with us for 3 and half years and now moving into their own home.

Lounge is pretty good in size and kitchen is separate with gas cooking hob.
Unit has security mesh/insect protection as well as double sliding doors which goes out to a large deck. Deck is covered.
Descent amount of backyard space - we have a lovely well trained Germ. Shep as well.
The house owners/landlords are working professionals with 2 children - ages 5 and 16 months...so yes it can be pretty active!
We are down to earth and fun loving people. In case you are Kiwis of Fijian Indian origin and have lived in NZ for over 30 years.
The unit is totally separate from the house and you have your full privacy. We are looking for a couple, or a very small family or even 2 flatmates.
There is no furnishings but we can arrange something.
No ensuites. 2 bedrooms, combined large toilet n bathroom.
