We rent a 3 bedroom house in Plumstead Rise, Glen Eden. We have 2 rooms available for rent. The house will be furnished( except for the room). Beds can be arranged on request. It has a large deck & back area. The rooms get lot of sunlight and have inbuilt wardrobe.
Shared kitchen, bathroom & toilet.
Plenty of street parking available. Garage available on additional pay.
Rent- single $200/week per room, couple $260/week per room.
Rent includes internet.
Electricity, gas & water will be shared between everyone.
Very close to bus stop, glen eden shops. Walking distance to west coast road and Parrs park.
Looking for ideal Flatmates-
Working full time or students, who will stay for longer term.
Pay rent on time.
Nice responsible, stay clean & tidy.
No pets or smokers allowed.
No gathering or party allowed.
Rooms are available from 15th December. Viewing can be arranged from 4th December.
