Looking for a new flat mate to join us in our spacious 4 bedroom home in Pakuranga just up the road from the Plaza.
The house comes with aircon in the lounge, a large deck at the back of the house with a pool and spa as seen in the pictures.
You will be sharing the flat with 3 working professionals. A 34 year old male, 29 year old male and a 30 year old female all working full time from either home or the office. Both really laid back and easy going people Looking for a like minded person to join us. We all do our own cooking and come together on the weekend sometimes to hang out.
Additional to $200 a week rent, $35 a week covers power, water, internet, pool, lawns & general household supplies. Bond is 2 weeks rent + 1 weeks rent in advance.
No preference on gender. Just looking for someone respectful and with a good sense of humor.
