NZ Build & Paint Company offers designing and building a 30 m2 sleepout house with bathroom, kitchen and a living area.
The house can be placed on your property, connected to electricity, water and sewer and used for accommodating your guests, AirBNB or long-term tenants.
No consent needed but we supply a electrical board but you must plug in a thick electrical cord. You are responsible for the plumbing connections but no consent needed for the sleepout.
Just as a regular house, the sleepout house is built with timber frame windows are double-glassed, floor can be either covered with a carpet or laminate, as well as heated on your order. The exterior would be either timber or pvc cladding. Floor-to-ceiling height is 2.4 m. Rv plus heat pump installed. Walls floor and roof is fully insulated. Construction duration is 2-3 weeks. The house is being built in accordance with NZ regulations and under LPB supervision.
We could also place this unit on a double axle with brakes to move around.
