NZ Build & Paint Company offers designing and building a 30 m2 sleep out house with bathroom, kitchen and a living area.
We also have plans for two bedroom's with a kitchen and bathroom dividing the two rooms. Rooms are small but practical
No consent needed.
We can remove the bathroom and kitchen and fit three bedrooms and at a lower fee
The sleep out is built with a timber frame, double glazed aluminum windows, sliding doors and walls, floor and roof is insulated and the floor can be either covered with a carpet or laminate. Underfloor heating and heat pump option available. The exterior would be either timber or pvc cladding. Floor-to-ceiling height is 2.4 m.
We could also place this unit on a double axle with brakes to move around.
