We're a 3 bedroom house of 2 professionals working class people looking to fill the last Double room with a Queen size bed, inbuilt wardrobe and an extra cupboard. We're looking for someone clean, reliable and pays bills on time. House is fully furnished and has lots of open space. It's a great place in New Windsor, close to the city, Sandringham, New Lyn and Dominion road. This is a good place for a professional/student or anyone looking to save money on living expenses. Rent is $220 per week (includes water, wifi, electricity and gas), one week bond and one week rent. We are looking for the long term only. Strictly No party house, pls.
