We just rented a 3 bedroom house by the beautiful Heron Park, and we are looking for the lucky 3rd to join our crew!

Your double bedroom can easily fit a double bed maybe a queen and a bunch of other furniture, you will need to bring your own stuff as the house is unfurnished. Since we just moved in as well so feel free to contribute your furniture pieces to our shared spaces.
The current flatmates are two full time working professionals. Creative, social, love to grab a drink from time to time, keen for occasional outings and beach hangs, but also very independent and appreciate quiet and alone time. You will be living with a chilled as teacher in his early 30s who loves a good comedy night, and a girl in her mid-late 20s working in marketing/design, owns more clothes than a tv show’s costume department. Seeking someone of similar traits, respectful and open minded, bonus points go to long term renters, music and film fiends, winos.
The rent would be $190 + expenses (internet, electricity and household items, roughly $25/week), bond is 4 weeks of rent and plus 1 week rent in advance.
We want someone to move in ASAP, the room is available from Wednesday, 20th Jan.
