One double bedroom available on Ngapuhi Road, Remuera

We’re looking for a somewhat mature student (final year/postgrad) or a young professional to join our three bedroom house in Remuera with two other cool and friendly flatmates (mid-late 20s M + F) for a full year (or more!) starting late March/ early April. The house is a 1.5 km walk from Meadowbank station and a 2 km walk from the closest Countdown! 10 min walk to the bus stops along Remuera Rd.
Only on-street parking, but street is narrow. The room is the one with the red dot in the birds-eye view and is unfurnished, but the living areas will be fully furnished.

This is a social flat, not a party flat.
Rent is $212/week + utilities (this is approximately 15-20 dollars per week).
