3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.
We have unlimited Fiber internet and the house is kept clean and tidy. We also have mandarin and lemon trees in our garden. We will only have four people in the house in total so it is not crowded.
The house is furnished except for the room so you just need to bring bedroom furniture. The rooms are large enough to fit a double bed.

$160 + expenses (power, water, unlimited internet and other utilities)
Bills are split between flatmates, average $25-30 a week.
The house is situated in a great location, with bus stops outside to take you to/from the city and the motorway less than 2 minute way.
Bond is $550 and we pay rent fortnightly
