Hi I have a double room available it is furnished with a queen sized bed and a 60" tv (an older style) 2 wardrobes for extra storage and all standard facilities are shared. The price includes standard food for a week, all cleaning supplies, Unlimited internet, power, water rates, lawn and landline connection, room is lockable, offstreet paking is available and close to shops and public transport. My home is warm and clean all I ask is that you keep it that way. In 11 years Ive never been burgled but I do expect doors and windows to be locked to keep the burglars away. I respect and like to keep my boarders happy all I ask is that you do the same please. I love music but to a reasonable hour say 9pm at the latest. I am considerate if you work so I will keep the noise down to a minimum and all I ask is that you treat me the same way. I want a happy stress free home and if you want the same then cool. I am a mature happy respectful approachable (so we can discuss things) woman and Im looking forward to meeting you
