This is a, safe, sunny, private, tree lined, 4 bedroom home, 1 bathroom (two separate toilets) located in quiet cul-de-sac, good neighboughs.
The Address is Conifer Grove but the house is more Takanini end - Very handy! only 3 minutes walk to bus stop, 5-10 minutes walk to the train station, shops, cafes supermarket, doctors etc.
3 mins drive to motorways.
Fully fence, sunny, private garden, large garage, some storage and off street parking available.
House is bungalow that has been renovated a few years+ ago. fully insulated, high ceilings, netural decor throughout,, open plan kitchen lounge, good indoor/outdoor: flow.

Double bed and drawers can be provided if needed
Room 1: Double size room approx 10 - 12 sqm2 $210 per week includes power, water, fibre broadband, netflix - this room already has locks on both sides of the door, and four power points. Single built in wardrobe, - more wardrobe or storage space is available if needed.
Room 2: Smaller room - single but can easy fit a double bed, set of drawers, chair, built in wardrobe... $190 per week includes power, water, neon or Netflix and fibre internet...
Buy your own food, and pay approx $5-10 a month to pay for a 1/3 of cleaning products, toilet paper and rubbish tags.
Flatmate must be working or student, must be generally happy/easy going g, honest, can clean clean up after themselves, and must pay the rent on time and not invite in trustworthy etc to visit..
Smoker ok – sorry no more pets allowed
2 existing flatmates, are easy going, friendly, clean, - 1 female 40s, working from home at the mo, and one tradesman male 50s, plus two well trained cats, one lives outside mainly , both will not come near you or in your room, unless invited. No smelly kitty litter.
Both of us enjoy a odd drink, occasionally music & the odd guitar jam, but both of us are very considerate of noise, and can make some noise if need be in the garage, if you need peace and quiet. As only recently moved back to Auckland we keep mainly to ourselves and I have very few visitors, don’t mind if you want some company at times, or the odd shared dinner etc or if you prefer to keep to yourself.
This is a home DEF NOT A PARTY HOUSE/ NO HEAVY DRINKER ETC wanted.
MOVE IN COSTS: minimum 1 x week bond and depending on how often you are paid etc 1 -2 weeks in advance required...
