• Smaller room: $230. Current flat mate is moving out on 29 Dec, the smaller room will be available then
If you are looking to rent the whole apartment, this can also be arranged.
Water is included in the rent. Bills are split each month and are usually $15 per week per person. The apartment is fully furnished, just need to bring your own linens, pillows and blanket.
Moving in cost:
1 weeks rent to be paid in advance + 2 weeks bond fee.
Bond fee is 100% refundable as long as there is no damage caused to the apartment.
COUPLES ARE WELCOME AT THE SAME RENT.
